JOANNA ROCHA

Operations Director

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources.

Extensive experience in organizational consulting, supporting the development of strategic projects. Specialized in recruiting professionals for Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Administrative, Finance, Human Resources, and Logistics positions within consumer goods industries.

She leads the consulting team and supports recruitment processes. She acts as the bridge between the consultancy and the client, ensuring a structured, strategic, and highly attentive recruitment journey with excellence throughout the entire process.

She ensures that the company's workflows, processes, and procedures are rigorously followed, guaranteeing standardization, quality delivery, and alignment with the organization's strategic guidelines.

ANDREIA REGINA CREMA LACERDA

Administrative and Financial Director

Graduated in Advertising with a Master's degree in Marketing.

Career developed in marketing at multinational companies, personnel management, and entrepreneurship.

Responsible for market opening and the introduction of new products across various channels. Led the management of events, consumer promotions, and corporate communications.

Currently, responsible for all the essential behind-the-scenes administrative and financial work for the 3 companies in our group.

CARLOS LACERDA

CEO

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Business Management.

Built his career in renowned consumer goods companies, progressing from sales representative to Commercial Director, living in more than eight Brazilian cities throughout his professional journey.

Structured and led Sales and Marketing teams. His career is marked by significant achievements, including product launches, revenue growth, market share expansion, and the implementation of some of Brazil's first category management initiatives across distribution channels.

As an entrepreneur, he founded BUSINESS CONSULT, the first consultancy specialized in structuring and reorganizing sales teams for the Consumer Goods Industry.

In 2007, after 11 years of experience, he founded INTERHUNTER with an innovative vision to meet the evolving demands of the market and its clients.

ADRIANO LACERDA

Executive Director

Bachelor's degree in Advertising and a Master's degree in Marketing.

Career developed in marketing and product innovation, with experience in B2B and B2C marketing for multinational companies.

Responsible for market research and the development of new products for diverse consumer profiles. Expertise in creating strategies to increase consumption, market share, and profitability through product management, channel marketing, and consumer promotions.

Joined the Interhunter Group to bring a strategic perspective to the business, focusing on management excellence and exceptional care for both clients and candidates.

Social Initiative

Aware of its social responsibility, Interhunter established a voluntary partnership to provide training programs at CAMP Pinheiros, a nonprofit organization managed by Rotarians and dedicated to helping young apprentices enter the workforce.

By participating in apprenticeship programs, companies associate their brands with a recognized public employment initiative that promotes the emotional, social, and professional development of young people.

Fruit trees play a crucial role in improving quality of life. They provide shade and shelter for animals in urban areas and monoculture environments. They also supply food for wildlife and insects, creating habitats that support local species from diverse regions.

Additionally, they contribute to making environments more sustainable and pleasant while helping reduce pollution.

Recognizing that ecosystems are essential for the survival of all of us, we created the Green with Fruits movement, which promotes the reintroduction of fruit tree planting in public spaces, corporate rooftops, residential balconies and gardens, monoculture areas, and many other environments.
